Hi, I’m Denise

Since my first travel abroad for two months to Colombo Sri Lanka, in my early twenties, my life has drastically changed! Traveling abroad became my focus, and I have always traveled solo, and cannot imagine traveling any other way.

I love talking about my travels! My wish, is to share with you, especially women, the means in which to travel solo, and feel comfortably safe, in doing so.

Like a fly on the wall, I take you with me, so that you can learn first-hand, from some of my challenges, such as, being swindled by an unmarked taxi cab driver in Barcelona, to being stuck in an elevator, at the Equity Hostel in London, and what that was like, among a slight bit of anxiety. As culture fascinates me, an appreciation of culture in relation to diversity, is especially what I share, as I also take you with me, into the hostel rooms, among some of the conversations of the Spanish, Canadians, Australians, Brazilians, and US Americans.
