3 Days Within Paris France

SHORT OVERVIEW

Paris is indeed the capital of France, and Paris is ‘duly’ recognized as the most populous city of France. Soon after beginning your morning walk, you find yourself, in no time, pulling up a chair, and taking a load off, as this is especially the place, space, as well as the time, to enjoy that coffee, outdoors, as Paris is well noted for its ‘café’ culture, as in Paris, is where the café’ culture continues to thrive. A few must see’s are: the Eiffel Tower, the famous ‘Louvre Museum’, and the Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Paris, as well as the Arc de Triumphs. Make sure that you do not miss taking a stroll among the designer boutiques along the ‘Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore’…let’s see,…ahhh,…Oh did I mention that the food, wine, and sights are spectacularly amazing! My first day in Paris, I bought that popular ‘banquette’. When I arrived to my hostel, and took the first bite,… it was, “a wonder to behold”, the bread was so enjoyable, fresh, and and so perfect, that I felt as though the chef had been baking this baguette, all morning, just for me. I had never tasted a bread, so delightful! I soon realized that every morsel of food in Paris France is amazing! I have heard that the people in France are arrogant. My response to this belief is “With Reason To Be Arrogant”. My meals were prepared professionally, and appealingly, with kindness, and love. My only response is “You Stay Cool Paris”!! What’s also cool about ‘the city of romance’ is that interesting countries such as Spain, London, and other notable countries are only a short train ride away.

So, though Paris has a reputation for being arrogant, still millions of people have, and continue to flock to this beautiful city of love, and romance to enjoy all that she has to offer. Just what does one do in a major European city that is recognized as a global center for art, fashion, gastronomy, and culture,…everything!! A few of the top things to do in Paris, within a few days are: Not to miss a stroll along the ‘River Seine’ as this is a “Must Do Thing”, so go on and get that done. A few out of the ordinary things to do in Paris are to see the ‘Montmartre Cemetery as ‘Cats’ rule in this Parisian cemetery. Also the ‘National Library of France’ that once held the largest book collection in the world is a must visit. Also check out the underground tunnels. The ‘Catacombs’ has become one of the top tourists attractions in Paris. Be mindful that only a small section of this tunneled underworld is accessible to the public. There is so much to see and learn here, in the legendary ‘Catacombs’ and this is also where I leave you…for now.

Paris is also well known for its ‘River Cruise’ on the Seine that is the epitome of romance! as well as offers you a view of many of the famous landmarks in Paris, such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and of course the Louvre. This Seine cruise can be booked for a one hour Seine cruise of a sunset cruise, or the dinner (3-course meal cruise). Be sure to spend some time in the Montmartre neighborhood which is one of the nice sets neighborhoods in Paris. Many artists called this area home, such as ‘Pablo Picasso’, Renoir, to name a couple, and this is where you can also watch others ‘pose’ as their portraits are being done, usually around the ‘Place du Teeter’ where you can also pose for your painting to be done. Thus needless to say, yes,…the Montmartre continues to kindle a bohemian, artistic vibe. You can easily have time fly as one day in this area of Paris, is just not enough though you are able to tackle a lot of what you came to Paris to do. I am now nudging your arm in relation to getting to our next interests; SHOPPING: Champs-Eyre’s is one of the major shopping hubs in the center of the city, stretching over a mile. Opera Garnier is one of the most famous opera houses in the world. This is where you find ‘elegance’ among a hosts of beautiful ‘chandeliers’. You can get a ticket here in which to take part in a ‘self guided tour’. I mean,…it is worth it. The ‘Musee’ d’ Orsay’ is especially the place for Art Lovers as here you find the works of Monet, Renoir, as well as Van Gogh, to name a few. works by ‘impressionists’ and post-impressionists’ are found here at the Louve. The Louve is the worlds largest art museum as well as continues to be an historic monument in Paris. The Louve is located on the right bank of the Seine. The Louve has received more than 9.6 million visitors, thus considered the most visited museum in the world.
